| Product Information |
Sarasil-JS XX is a silicone based concentrated defoamer suitable for all textile wet processing operations, i.e. scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, coating, etc. where foam control is essential. It can be used in jets, overflow dyeing machines, package dyeing machines, winches, jiggers and in print paste. Sarasil-JS XX does not lead to any objectionable deposits on equipments or substrates due to its high stability. Stability of Sarasil-JS XX to alkaline pH, high temperature and shear forces is a special advantage in scouring of cotton as well as reactive dyeing of cotton by exhaust process. |

| Instructions For Dilution |
Take 84 parts of DM water, add 1 part of Xanthane gum with continuous stirring using Turbo stirrer at 2000-3000 rpm over a period of 10 mins. Continue stirring for further 5 mins till homogeneous paste is obtained. Add 15 parts of Sarasil-JS XX in the above paste with continuous stirring at 2000-3000 rpm over a period of 15 mins, continue stirring for further 10 mins for homogenisation. Finally add 0.5 parts suitable preservative if diluted emulsion is to be stored for longer period. In place of Xanthane gum, high viscosity CMC can be used. |
