| Application |
1. Exhaust application
On jigar, overflow machines, package dyeing machines.
MLR (1:2 to 1:10)
0.5-1% Super D Size Ultra
0.5-1% Saradet NEW
Temp. 60-75 deg.C, pH 7.5-8.5, treat for 45-90 mins.
2 Pad batch method
3-4 gm/kg Super D Size Ultra
1-2 gm/kg Saralan-Jet LF
pH 8.5, pad at 58 +/-2 deg.C with 80-100% pick up, batch for
4-12 hrs.
Note : Please note that efficiency of desizing would depend upon type and
quantity of size used, temperature, pH, treatment time as well as quality of
water.
For preparation of stock liquor for continuous application, we recommend to
first add Saralan JET LF in required volume of water. Check and adjust pH with
soda ash / caustic soda depending upon quality of water and only after adjusting
pH, add required quantity of Super D Size Ultra. Also ensure that stock liquor
is maintained at 50-55 deg.C if continuous dosing from stock tank is taking
place. If fabric contains acrylic sizes, pH may shift during padding which needs
to be corrected in padding bath.
